🎭 Stage of Shunya – Practical Stage Notes & Running Time

  • Scene 1: Bazaar → 4 min

Scene 1: Bazaar (4 min)

Stage Setup: Stalls, crowd murmur, warm lighting
Characters: Narrator, Businessman, Clown

Timing & Acting Notes:

  1. Narrator: (0:00–0:30) Confident, slightly theatrical, gestures towards stalls. Pause after “sab actors hain!” for audience reaction.

  2. Businessman: (0:30–2:00) Counting coins, exaggerate facial expressions. Delivery should be fast, witty. Pause after “applause” for laughter.

  3. Clown: (2:00–4:00) Lean forward, taali clap gesture. Voice playful, sarcastic. Small grin, eye contact with audience. Pause after punchline.

Sound: Coins jingling, light laughter track.
Lighting: Warm spot on Businessman, dim ambient on stalls.


Scene 2: Park of Love (4 min)

Scene 4: Lonely Bench – Philosophical Shift (5–6 min)
