The Illusion of Importance

In every office, movement, society, or even family, you've likely encountered them — people who stir confusion, slow down progress, or create noise, not because it's necessary, but because it makes them feel important.

They attend every meeting, interrupt every conversation, and overcomplicate the simplest task — all in an attempt to appear essential. But behind the scenes, they're often doing very little of actual substance. Their importance lies not in what they do, but in how loudly they make it known.

Real impact doesn’t shout. It works quietly and effectively. Those who are genuinely important rarely feel the need to prove it. Their actions speak for them.
